Once a qualified candidate has been identified and vetted for a particular position, we ensure they are aware of  your company's "pros" i.e. - attributes, equipment, processes and/or benefits.  In other words, we not only sell our candidates to our clients...we sell our clients to our candidates - we go to bat for you.  We address the candidate's questions on your behalf to facilitate greater interest in your mission critical positions. By incorporating these tactics the rate of successful placements substantially improves over typical non-engaging job postings.

• Contingency Recruitment for 1-3 hires at a time (Fee based and guaranteed for 90 days)
• Temp to hire* (minimum 90 day contract - *available for limited SIC codes)
• Contract Recruiters/RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing.  SkillSource - provided recruiters on site or remote) for larger volume hires. (Hourly rate. Minimum three months)
• Retained Recruitment - One of our recruiters will be dedicated exclusively to you and your company until a successful placement(s) is achieved.  Retained searches are utilized to find critical Executives, managers with specific experience, or the ever-elusive "unicorn" skilled operator/programmers on a tight time line.​ (Fee based and guaranteed for 90 days)
