- Contingency Recruitment for 1-3 hires at a time (Fee based and guaranteed for 90 days)
- Contract Recruiters/RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing. SkillSource – provided recruiters on site or remote) for larger volume hires. (Hourly rate. Minimum three months)
- Retained Recruitment – One of our recruiters will be dedicated exclusively to you and your company until a successful placement(s) is achieved. Retained searches are utilized to find critical Executives, managers with specific experience, or the ever-elusive “unicorn” skilled operator/programmers on a tight time line. (Fee based and guaranteed for 90 days)
